Marcin founded Wawel Solutions Group after 11 years of working in the operational departments of Krakow-based production companies. He saw with his own eyes how 3 people in HR lose 14 hours a week just moving papers from desk to desk. He decided to change that by building a team that, instead of talking about visions, simply configures systems so they work from day one. In our office at Grodzka St., he follows one rule: if something can be clicked once instead of five times, it must be done that way.

Over the past years, Marcin has personally supervised implementations at 47 active clients from the Lesser Poland region. He doesn't believe in systems that take months to learn. His method is simple: the audit lasts 4 days, and the first modules of the digital document flow launch in 3 weeks. We count facts, not promises, which is why Marcin always starts a conversation by asking how many invoices or vacation requests are lost in your company on a monthly scale.

In 2023, he helped a medium-sized transport company from Balice shorten the mission approval time from 5 days to just 75 minutes. It wasn't magic, just throwing out unnecessary binders and setting clear rules in the system. Marcin believes that technology is for people, not the other way around. If an HR system requires an employee to read a 50-page manual, then the system needs improvement, not the employee needing training.

On a daily basis, he manages a team of 7 specialists with whom he implements solutions that save real money. (By the way, Marcin still keeps one empty personnel folder in his drawer as a souvenir to remember where we started). He usually responds to messages within 3-5 hours on business days because he knows that in business no one likes waiting for simple answers.

Outside of work, he focuses on tangible results – whether in the garden or when renovating old furniture. He brings the same approach to professional life: the project is to be finished, accepted, and to bring profit. Without unnecessary fluff and creating problems where there are none.
