How long does it really take to move HR to the system?

We usually finish within 14 business days. Organizing old Excel data takes the most time, but we help with that too. It simply has to work every day without your supervision.

Do I need to have my own server or IT person?

You don't need to install anything. Everything works in the browser and on employees' phones. Without unnecessary binders and complicated instructions. Team training takes us 3.5 hours.

How long before the system starts paying for itself?

We count facts, not promises. With 31 employees, the implementation pays for itself on average after 7 months thanks to the elimination of errors and paper alone. Less clicking, more real work.

Is the 1850 PLN audit mandatory?

The audit costs 1850 PLN and is payable in advance. If you decide on a full implementation within 23 days of the audit, we subtract this amount from the final invoice.

Who will have access to my people's data?

Data goes to secured servers with a certificate. Marcin Kwiatkowski personally checks every configuration for GDPR compliance. We are a reliable company from Krakow, not an anonymous internet portal.

Can I recover data if I cancel the service?

Yes. You can download the entire database to a file at any time. We don't bind you with any hidden contracts that make leaving difficult. Although honestly, 83 of our active clients prefer to stay with us.
