Terms and Conditions of cooperation with Wawel Solutions Group

These terms and conditions are a simple set of rules we follow at Wawel Solutions Group. Our company operates in Krakow at Grodzka St. 12. We are a team of 7 people who help local entrepreneurs get rid of binders and paper mess. By using this site or ordering a Quick Audit from us, you accept these conditions. We don't like fluff, so we described everything specifically. We count facts, not promises, which is why these rules are meant to protect both parties and facilitate our daily work. We implement HR systems and automate invoice flow so you have less clicking and more time for real work. A standard HR system implementation takes us 14 business days. However, the condition is that you provide us with data about your employees by the agreed deadline. If you order an audit for 1850 PLN, we enter your office for 6 hours and check where time is escaping. After 2 days, you get a list of 5 specific changes. Remember that our advice is based on experience from 47 projects completed just last year. Every quote you receive from us is valid for 23 days. We try to respond to inquiries in an average of 3.2 business hours.

Our financial rules are transparent. You pay for the audit in advance. For larger implementations, like Standard HR for 8700 PLN, we usually divide the payment into two parts. We issue electronic invoices because we respect forests and your time for archiving documents. If you use our monthly technical care for 1240 PLN, you will receive the invoice on the first day of the month. We have no hidden costs. If you are late with payment for more than 11 days, we may limit access to technical support until you settle the bill. This is a fair deal – we deliver a working system, and you take care of timely payments. It simply has to work every day.

We take full responsibility for ensuring the tools we implement work efficiently. Service responds in 3.2 hours if something goes wrong due to our fault. On the other hand, you are responsible for the correctness of the data you provide us. If there are errors in names or rates in your old Excel sheets, the system won't fix them itself. We are not responsible for downtimes resulting from a lack of internet in your office or failures of your old computers. Honestly, if we see your company is not ready for automation, we'll tell you straight to your face. We don't want to take money for something that won't bring you real time savings.
