Piotr joined Wawel Solutions Group in March 2019. He wasn't looking for a great career then, but for a place where technology actually solves problems rather than creating new ones. Over the past years, he helped 43 local firms exit the era of paper binders. He specializes in setting up simple HR systems for companies employing 15 to 80 people. It simply has to work every day, so Piotr doesn't suggest expensive programs that no one can handle. In one Krakow production plant, he shortened vacation approval time from three days to 14 minutes. He did it without changing all the hardware, using tools the client already had but didn't know about.

He believes that less clicking means more work on what actually makes money. He often repeats that the best system is one that employees forget about because it becomes a natural part of their day. In 2023, he closed 17 large implementation projects, 14 of which finished ahead of the deadline. He doesn't promise miracles, but he guarantees that after he leaves the office, your accountant will stop complaining about illegible documents.

He works fast and without unnecessary fluff. If he sees your company doesn't need expensive software, he'll tell you straight to your face. He respects clients' time and money because he once ran a small workshop himself and knows what every zloty spent on unnecessary subscriptions means. He usually replies to emails within 3.5 hours, unless he's currently sitting at a client's place configuring a server.

Privately, Piotr is a fan of vintage motoring and specific conversation over coffee. (Heads-up: he drinks only black and without sugar, so don't look for sweeteners for him).
