Specific actions, zero fluff

Magdalena has worked in the industry for 7 years and knows exactly where unnecessary costs hide in Krakow offices. At Wawel Solutions Group, she makes sure that every HR system implementation happens without downtime. She doesn't like thick binders and complicated instructions that no one reads. Instead, she relies on simple solutions that an employee can master in 14 minutes. To date, she has closed 43 projects for companies employing 15 to 85 people.

How does Magda help your company?

Her job is to stop you from running around the office with paper vacation requests. At a transport company in Balice, she shortened the mission flow time from 3 days to 38 minutes. These are real hours that your people can spend on earning money rather than looking for stamps. Magda always says straight what will work and what is a waste of your budget. (By the way, Magda brews the best coffee in our Grodzka office, which always helps during tougher negotiations).

  • Shortening invoice approval time by an average of 62%
  • Implementing e-folder systems in 11 business days
  • Eliminating payroll errors through automatic data import

She works daily from 8:15 AM to 4:45 PM, and on Fridays finishes at 3:00 PM to spend time with her family. If you write to her in the morning, you'll usually get a specific answer within 3.2 hours. We don't promise miracles; we promise that your HR will finally run smoothly and without stress.

It simply has to work every day

For Magdalena, facts matter. If the system doesn't make life easier for the lady in accounting, it means it needs to be fixed. During implementation for our 31 regular clients, she personally trained team leaders to know how to click less and do more. Less clicking, more work – that's her golden rule, which she's followed since 2017.
